Bid Info:   Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, by Dr. Terry Haack at Bennington Public Schools District Office Board Room, located at 11620 North 156th Street, Bennington, Nebraska 68007. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close. CDC COVID-19 guidelines, including face mask requirement, will be in place during the bid opening.

Project Location: Bennington, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Douglas County School District 0059 (a.k.a Bennington Public Schools) will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for a new middle school located at 9809 North 171st Street, Bennington, Nebraska 68007. The building is one story in height and has a gross area of approximately one hundred thirty-one thousand five hundred (131,500) square feet. There will be a separate storage and maintenance building, one story in height with a gross area of approximately one thousand five hundred fifty (1,550) square feet. Site includes 8-lane track and grass field with approximately 500 seat outdoor bleacher.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
