Public Notes:
The work consists of a commercial office tenant improvement project. The project includes the construction of approximately 8448 SF of office space on the first floor and 12,150 SF of office space on the second floor. An additional 8,350 SF will be left as shell space for future office expansion. Work generally includes new partition walls, interior doors and windows, flooring, ceilings, lighting, and HVAC.
