Submit bids in 9" x 12" envelope identified "PROPOSAL, Lofts at 505" and the name of the bidder written clearly on the front of the envelope. Or email the bids to spoyner@alleypoyner.com. Bids will be thereafter privately opened.

Project Description: Project consists of the planned historic rehabilitation will convert the First National Bank building into 24 market rate apartments with a brewery and future first floor tenant.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to 505 Main Street Group. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned in 'like new' condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 10 days of the bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
