PreBid Info:   A mandatory Pre-Bid Tour will be conducted of all three schools starting at 10:00 AM (CST) Thursday, August 6, 2020 starting at Minne Lusa Elementary, 2728 Ida St, Omaha, NE 68112. Those not attending the Conference will not be allowed to bid.

Bid Info:   Submit proposals in a sealed opaque envelope to: Proposal for: OPS Light Fixture Replacement at Three Schools, and addressed as follows: OPS Bid Number: 20-058, Omaha Public Schools, District Operational Services, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha NE 68131. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on August 17, 2020. Bids will be opened and read in public at the District Operational Services Office, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024, immediately following the time and date specified.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
This project consists of removing and replacing electrical light fixtures at the three elementary schools specified with owner provided light fixtures. Fixture replacement will occur in all classrooms, common spaces, and public spaces. Contractor is responsible for all demolition, mounting, wiring, permits, testing, job site clean-up, and proper disposal of lighting fixtures/lamps removed. New Emergency, switches and dimming controls are to be installed in areas IBG 3000/2400 fixtures are replacing high bay fixtures.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
