Omaha NE 68131. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on August 17, 2020. Bids will be opened and read in public at the District Operational Services Office, Omaha Public
Schools, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131-2024, immediately following the time
and date specified.

This project consists of removing and replacing electrical light fixtures at the three elementary schools specified with
owner provided light fixtures. Fixture replacement will occur in all classrooms, common spaces,
and public spaces. Contractor is responsible for all demolition, mounting, wiring, permits, testing, job site clean-up,
and proper disposal of lighting fixtures/lamps removed. New Emergency, switches and dimming controls are to be
installed in areas IBG 3000/2400 fixtures are replacing high bay fixtures.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
