Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education of Lancaster County School District at the Operations Department, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68510, up to the hour of 2:00 pm, local time, on the 30th of July, 2020

Public Notes:
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: drilling and connection of 33 new wells and connection to existing service laterals to the ground coupled heat pump system on the north side of the existing Wysong Elementary School. Work shall include all required lateral connections, flushing of all new piping, filling expanded well field with chemically treated water and putting the expanded well field back into service for heating and cooling of the school. School is expected to be in session at the time this work will be completed.



Job Purchase Information:
Plans are available from A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE for a $50.00 refundable deposit made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $20.00 is required if shipping is requested

Partial sets will not be issued.

Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
