Public Notes:
The CATS ACFT Field House Construction Project is located at the Nebraska Army National Guard Camp Ashland Training Site at Ashland Nebraska and consists of construction of a 225 foot by 80 foot (18,000 square foot) metal building open air structure with roof and four foot sidewalls projecting down from the roof on two sides. The structure is open on the sides and ends. The structure provides cover for a six inch thick concrete slab with a padded back artificial turf adhered to the concrete covering the majority of the surface. A six inch thick concrete apron of varied width extends out from the structure footprint and surrounds the structure on all sides. Roof gutters and downspouts are piped below the adjacent apron surrounding the structure and open air discharge. Electrical power and lighting is provided from an adjacent transformer. Site grading, fill, and seeding are required as part of the project.
