The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction includes seven new townhouse units: 3-story, 4-bedroom with one-car garage, and associated civil improvements. Applicable codes include 2006 International Residential Code, 2015 Omaha Plumbing Code, 2009 International Energy Code.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
