Project Description: The project will include two building additions to the existing Lewis
Central High School: The first is a 33,775 S.F., 1,100 seat accessible auditorium addition with balcony,
elevator, and back of house support spaces, including a large multi-purpose
classroom, dressing rooms, greenroom, theater prop, instrument and uniform
storage, restrooms and associated support spaces, and a second floor mechanical
room. The auditorium addition will be constructed primarily of pre-cast concrete and
structural masonry & brick, steel joists & decking, architectural metal wall panels,
and including mechanical, electrical, security, life safety, theatrical rigging, curtains,
sound and lighting systems. The second addition is a 9,560 S.F. addition which includes Arts support spaces,
including a scene building shop, expansion of the existing Construction Trades
Education (CTE) shop including a new dust collection system, and storage of theater
props, band risers, orchestra platforms, and associated storage.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $300.00 payable to Lewis Central Community School District. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $70.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Plan deposit is refundable if Plans and Specifications are returned to A & D
Technical Supply, in good condition, within 15 days of contract award.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
