Public Notes:
The project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items to repair and reconfigure flood damaged roads. The work includes but is not limited to grading, fill, subgrade, paving and seeding. Project to be Substantially Complete not later than 270 days from Notice to Proceed Letter.
