Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the ACQUISITION AND TRANSPORTATION OF SOIL FOR LEVEE CONSTRUCTION AND FLOOD PROTECTION will be received by SANITARY AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 101 Of SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA (OWNER), at the office of the Engineer, OLMSTED & PERRY CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC., until 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Project Location: Sarpy County, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of acquiring and transporting approximately 15,000 cubic yards of surplus excavated soil from areas in Sarpy County, Nebraska and stockpiling the soil on the OWNER’S existing flood berm within the boundaries of the District.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
