The work covered by (SOW) consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel,
licenses and permits to construct a 2355 Gross SF building addition to building #06015
(Range Support Bldg, East ROCA), built in 2018 at the Greenlief Training site, in
Hastings, NE. This 47' x 50' building addition to be erected of a steel-framed and
steel-covered construction with design configuration that will allow for drive though
capabilities including 12'X12' Overhead Doors. The fire truck ready bays addition will be
to house Fire Trucks and will have independent heat, insulated, have a 6" concrete floor,
and overhead doors of sufficient size for the fire trucks, equipment and apparatus.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling
and postage.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
