Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 7/20/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm

Project Location: Ashland, NE

Public Notes:
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to construct a 520 SF separate Toilet Shower building at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project to consist of site work and grading, construction of a latrine shower building and necessary capital improvements to existing utilities lines (electric, water, sewer) necessary to support the new building. Primary facility to be of pre-cast construction, one story, and architectural style to match adjacent Transient Training Officers Quarters Building 301. Project to be substantially complete not later than 95 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
