Bid Info:   Lueder Construction Co. of Omaha, NE as the “Contractor” is currently seeking qualified subcontractor & vendor bids for the Eventide Senior Community, 2020 1st Ave. S, Denison, Iowa 51442. Bids will be accepted via email, fax or regular mail until 2:00 PM on July 7, 2020. All inquiries and bids are to be forwarded to the attention of Dan Hennings at dhennings@lueder.com.

Public Notes:
This project consists of a new 84 bed, 69,300 nursing home facility. The structure will be 1 story wood framed with a partial basement. The building is divided into 4 households and has 2 double occupancy units per household with the remainder of the units being private rooms with private baths. The households are connected with a Main Street Area that will have a physical therapy center, café, administrative offices and many common areas.
