This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to
construct an 8,750 SF (110 FT x 80 FT) metal building with heated storage bays, latrine, and
administrative space at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Also included will be the necessary
utilities extensions, earthwork grading, and installation of rock drives and parking areas, and
security fencing. Project to be Substantially Complete not later than 360 days from Notice to
Proceed Letter.
