PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building and a pre-bid conference will be held at the building on June 24, 2020 at 10:00 am. Interested parties are to meet by the Douglas County Health Center Main Lobby. Location shown on cover sheet of drawings. Bidders are encouraged to attend walkthrough. Attending parties must wear masks and follow all CDC social distancing requirements.

You are invited to bid on a combined contract, including general, mechanical and electrical work for the Lab Balance Room HVAC Upgrades at the Douglas County Health Center Campus.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to Specialized Engineering Solutions. Any bidder upon returning the documents in good condition immediately following the public opening of the bids, shall be returned the deposit in full. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
