Public Notes:
This project Phase 1 HVAC (approximately 21,500 SF) includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to provide and install a new Variable Refrigerant Flow heating and cooling system in south half of building at main level and second level at the 1776 Readiness Center facility originally built in 1957. The existing heating and cooling systems to be abandoned in place unless noted in drawings to install new system. Project to be substantially complete not later than 365 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $30.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.
