The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
Construction of two new housing buildings and site improvements including selective
demolition work within the existing property.
a. New Construction:
- 1) Two new housing buildings.
- 2) Civil grading, pavement, fencing, utility and other site improvements.
b. Demolition work:-
1) Civil grading, pavement, fencing, utility and other site improvements within
the existing property.
- 2) Selective areas of demolition and work within the existing facility.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents, upon depositing the sum of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) for
each set of Documents, A & D Technical Supply Co., 1822 N Street, Lincoln,
Nebraska 68508 (402-474-5454), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and at web address
www.adtechsupply.com
If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $35.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good conditions within 30 calendar
days after the date of the bid opening.
