invites you to bid your scope of work for the Construction of the Camp Fontanelle Lodge located
at 9677 County Road 3 in Fontanelle, Nebraska. Bids are to be faxed or e-mailed by 2:00pm
C.S.T., June 25, 2020 at Master Builder Associates, 602 West 6th Street, P.O. Box 433, Doniphan,
Nebraska 68832. Phone: (402) 845-6255 Fax: (402) 845-6256. Bids received after this time will
not be accepted without notice prior to 2:00pm C.S.T. Results will be tabulated and bidders notified
of the result after the Owner has completed review.

The project will be tax exempted and will consist of a 7,470 sqft. main level
concrete slab on hollow core floor system and 7,746 sqft basement level concrete slab on grade, 3,315
sqft concrete slab on structural metal deck, structural steel post and beam, insulated concrete forms exterior
wall construction with exterior LP smart siding and interior gypsum board, standing seem steel
roof, exterior cultured stone veneer, interior cultured stone. Also interior wood framing with interior
gypsum board, case work, steel door frames, wood doors, door hardware, aluminum storefront doors
and windows, carpet, tile, paint, miscellaneous specialties, mechanical, and electrical as shown and
described in the specifications prepared by the Architect, Master Builder Associates.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Master Builder Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from date of bid to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
