Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer to Douglas County Nebraska for a Roof Replacement Project at the County Garage located at 15445 West Maple Road, Omaha, Nebraska before 11:00 a.m. local standard time on June 17, 2020.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
This project will be divided into three separate areas. Base Bid Area: Is approximately 15,470 square feet, will consist of removing the existing roof system down to the roof deck and installing a new adhered EPDM roof system. This work shall also include repointing existing mortar joints at the parapet walls and the replacement of clay coping tiles. Refer to the drawings for additional information.
Alternate No. 1 Area: Is approximately 8,008 square feet, will consist of removing the existing roof system down to the roof deck and installing a new adhered EPDM roof system. This work shall also include installing secondary overflow drains, repointing mortar joints at the parapet walls, removal of existing skylights, and the replacement of clay coping tiles. Refer to the drawings for additional information.
Alternate No. 2 Area: Is approximately 13,603 square feet, will consist of removing the existing roof system down to the roof deck and installing a new adhered EPDM roof system This work shall also include repointing mortar joints at the parapet walls and the replacement of clay coping tiles. Refer to the drawings for additional information.

A deposit in the amount of $100.00 made payable to JEO Consulting Group will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

CD's and Downloads of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $20.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Any bidder upon returning the documents in good condition immediately following to public opening of the bids, shall be returned the full deposit.
