This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to
construct an approximately 2200 SF stilted Transient Training Officers Quarters Building
300 at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project to consist of site work and grading,
construction of a Transient Training Officers Quarters cabin, with composite decking and
covered porch, extension of primary utilities from adjacent developed site to include
electrical lines, water service and sanitary sewer lines, exterior lighting (attached to
building), and landscaping. Primary facility to be wood construction, one story with loft on
stilts. Project to be substantially complete not later than 240 days from the Notice to
Proceed Letter.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $25.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling
and postage.
