The work covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all design services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to make modifications to the existing electrical distribution system to power the entire building load to the existing emergency generator in the JFHQ building located at Lincoln Airbase in Lincoln, NE. Project to include installation of a new utility company transformer outside. (Required to reduce the downtime to the building) installation of new switchboards and transfer switches outside, installation of new feeders from new transformer to new switchboards, replacement of a circuit breaker on the generator with larger circuit breaker, installing a new feeder from generator to new transfer switches, providing new feeders to the existing switchgear and several panel-boards as required, remove existing utility company transformer and transfer switches from inside the building. Project Estimated Construction Time is 180 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter.
