The work covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to construct the
parade grounds at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project to include site grading, seeding, plantings, utilities, lighting, construction of a 2,500 SF Parade Ground Reviewing Stand, restrooms, and bleacher pads. (An estimated time to complete is 6 months)

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling
and postage.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
