PreBid Info:   The Architect-Engineer will hold a Pre-Bid Conference at Pine Creek Elementary School located at 7801 N HWS Cleveland Boulevard, Bennington, Nebraska 68007 on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, 10:00 AM (CDT). All prime Bidders are encouraged to attend.

Bid Info:   Douglas County School District 0059 (Bennington Public Schools) will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for a building addition to Pine Creek Elementary School located at 7801 N HWS Cleveland Boulevard, Bennington, Nebraska 68007. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CDT), on Thursday, June 18, 2020, by Dr. Terry Haack at Bennington Public Schools District Office Board Room, 11620 North 156th Street, Bennington Nebraska 68007. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of a building addition to Pine Creek Elementary school for Bennington Public Schools. The Addition is one (1) story in height and has an area of approximately six thousand (6,000) square feet.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of one-hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
