Sealed proposals will be received by The Schemmer Associates, Inc., Attn: Matthew Hubel, 1044 N
115th St, Suite 300, Omaha, NE 68154, on behalf of Werner Enterprises, Inc. until 2:00 p.m. on the
11th day of June, 2020, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to
complete all work designated as N-50 IMPROVEMENTS, PRAIRIE CORNERS ROAD TO I-80.
In order to be considered, bidders must be prequalified with NDOT with a maximum qualification
rating equal to or higher than the total bid included in his or her Proposal at the time of bid opening.
