Bid Info:   Bids will be received until 3:00 PM (CDT), on Thursday, June 18, 2020, by Dr. Terry Haack at Bennington Public Schools District Office Board Room, 11620 North 156th Street, Bennington Nebraska 68007. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Project Location: Bennington, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of site pregrading Work for future elementary and middle school campus. The site is approximately 74 acres in size. The grading scope includes approximately 500,000 cubic yards of cut placed as fill. The site is bisected by a designated Waters of the US, and some phasing of the grading within the creek area will be required as a 404 Permit approval from the USACE is obtained.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon depositing the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group Inc. Builders Cards will also be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
