YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Niobrara Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a
Combined Construction contract including General Construction, Metal Building, Mechanical, Plumbing
and Electrical work for the proposed new Bus Barn Project at 247 N Hwy 12, Niobrara, Nebraska 68760;
That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2020 in the Niobrara
Public Schools District Office in the at 247 N Hwy 12, Niobrara, Nebraska 68760. Immediately
thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to,
the following: This project involves approximately 9,000 SF single story private garage utility building
that shall be slab on grade, with a rigid frame metal building by others. It shall have
radiant heat and no cooling, just the required exhaust fans. Electrical power, lighting, data
and plumbing for plumbing fixtures, as well as for wash bay equipment which will also
be included. There will also be an air compressor and piping system included in this
project. Civil earthwork grading, paving, seeding and some fencing will also be required,
in addition to other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents must be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply within 30 of the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
