Darland Construction Co., will receive bids from
subcontractors for construction of the 10th and Pine Elementary School in Omaha, NE. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM on June 2, 2020. Bids
shall be received via Email, Hand Delivered, or Fax.
Emailed Bids shall be a single PDF document emailed to OPS10Pinebids@darland.com. This
is the only email address bids will be received. The subject line shall read “OPS 10th and Pine”.
Hand Delivered Bids shall be placed in an opaque envelope and clearly marked with the words
“OPS 10th and Pine” and delivered to Darland Construction Co., 4115 S 133rd St, Omaha, NE.
This will not be a public opening.
Faxed bids shall be sent to Darland Construction at 402-330-2749 with a cover letter stating “Bid
for OPS 10th and Pine”.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $400.00 payable to Omaha Public Schools.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $100.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within 30 days of the bid opening.
