Public Notes:
Project Description: Installation of a new geothermal loop field and header piping to serve the HVAC System at Park Middle School. Contract to include demolition of the existing parking lot, installing 197 new wells at a depth of 400’, horizontal piping, and steel indoor header piping.



Job Purchase Information:
Plans are available from A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE for a $100.00 refundable deposit made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $20.00 is required if shipping is requested

Partial sets will not be issued.

Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
