Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m.
on May 19, 2020.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and recommended social distancing practices, the
following bid opening procedures shall apply until further notice: Bids will still be collected by the City Clerk. To submit a bid, Bidder shall arrive at City
Hall and call the City Clerk’s office at 712-890-5261. A representative will collect the bid
envelope at the exterior door of City Hall. Bidders will not be allowed to enter City Hall; At the advertised bid opening time, the bids will be opened, reviewed, and read aloud; A summary of the bids will be emailed to each Bidder immediately following the bid
opening. All Bidders should include a separate document within the bid envelope with an
email address for the results.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
CD's and Downloads are not allowed per the City of Council Bluffs.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of City Council Award.
