Bid Info:   Nebraska Department of Corrections shall receive sealed bids on a combined general contract for the Community Corrections Center Campus Existing Facility Renovation; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 18, 2020, by Jerry Pohlmann, Nebraska Department of Corrections, 801 W. Prospector Place Building #1 Lincoln, Nebraska. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project includes the selective renovation of the existing men’s community corrections facility. The majority of the work is interior except for the replacement of some exterior HM frames. It is important to note that the facility will remain open for the duration of the project.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply, http://www.adtechplans.com (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE. 68508, Phone 402-474-5454, Fax 402-474-5779) for a non-refundable fee of $80.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $25.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

Bidders may also obtain PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A nonrefundable fee of $20 per set and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (found in the Project Manual) is required to process digital document requests.
