This sustainment project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts,
licenses & permits required to sustain the interior or the Kearney Reserve Center
(constructed Sept 1996) and retrofit of the RC Vault and supply area. This project will
also include the retrofit of the old firing range into a new Vault and supply area. Project to
include remodel and repair of finishes, walks, floors, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, heating
and air systems, and all necessary vault components to meet contemporary security
requirements. Project should be completed in 210 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP
approx 1 Aug.).
