INVITATION to submit sealed bids is hereby made by the Board of Education of the Council
Bluffs Community School District for the CBCSD No 20-007, Maintenance / IT Building
Remodel. Send bid to: HGM Associates Inc., Attn: Dana Blaschko,

Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on May 14, 2020.

Items included in the work: The Work includes but is not limited to the renovation of an existing building; including
interior renovation and rust treatment and repainting of lower portion of exterior metal
wall panels. Materials include metal, wood blocking, hollow metal doors and frames,
aluminum store front windows, metal wall panels, casework, insulation and interior
finishes. Mechanical and electrical systems are included in the work. Other items included in the work: Conduit for security system.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. A builders care will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within 14 business days of the bid opening.
