Sealed Bids for Renovation at the Pottawattamie County Courthouse located at 227 South 6th
Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa will be received at the offices of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth
Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, Thursday, May 7, 2020 until 2:00 p.m., and will be opened
publicly. The bid tab will be made public. Weighted consideration will be given to the bidder
with the earliest completion date.

Items included in the work: The Work includes but is not limited to the renovation and expansion of existing interior
areas in the Pottawattamie County Courthouse located at 227 South 6th Street, Council
Bluffs, IA. The work areas include but are not limited to the 911 Call Center, Community
Services, Sheriff’s Department, CASA, Human Resources Department, and Information
Technologies Department.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to HGM Associates, Inc. There is a limit of 1 set per plan holder. Additional sets may be purchased at Contractor's expense. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $60.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $65.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award of the project. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
