Summary Project Description: A 1,735 s.f. masonry press box with aluminum bleachers,
replacement of polyurethane track, new athletic field equipment, renovation of existing locker
rooms in school. The pressbox, track, and athletic field equipment will be bid separately from
the existing locker room renovation.
The project is being bid in two separate bid packages. Bid Package #1 includes all work associated with the new Pressbox, Track, Bleachers & Athletic Equipment. Bid Package #2 includes all work associated with the renovation of the locker rooms in the existing school.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 payable to Puetz Corporation. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 days of bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
