Separate sealed bid proposals will be received at the Offices of the Transit Authority of the City of Omaha, d/b/a Metro
(Owner), Omaha, Nebraska, until 2pm, local time, on Tuesday, March 13th for the furnishing of all labor, materials, use of
Contractor's equipment and plant, and all else necessary to properly construct the Westroads Transit Center Pavement
Replacement as more clearly specified in the construction documents. At which hour, the Owner will proceed to publicly open in the presence of bidders and consider the bid proposals received
for the furnishing of said labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the improvements.
Proposals submitted after this date and time will be deemed non-compliant and will not be considered.
