PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time, Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the National Guard Readiness Center, 2415 East Kanesville Blvd., Council Bluffs, IA 51503 by the State Comptroller Office to review the Plans and Project Manual and to answer questions on this project. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by the State Comptroller Office until 1:00 P.M. local time on February 22, 2018, at the National Guard Readiness Center, 2415 East Kanesville Blvd., Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503 for the proposed COUNCIL BLUFFS FMS ADDITION / ALTERATION, COUNCIL BLUFFS, IOWA.
Bids received will be opened and read aloud at the time and place stated. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Oral, telephonic, telegraphic, facsimile or other electronically transmitted bids will not be accepted. Interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Base Bid: A new addition of approximately 3,909 SF and the alteration of approximately 2,119 SF of existing interior spaces and building systems indicated. The addition and alterations shall include some reconfiguration and CMU work in the existing building, new HVAC systems, controls, equipment and appurtenances as indicated, plumbing includes domestic cold and hot water, sanitary sewer, and storm system, existing below grade sanitary sewer and storm sewer piping shall be reused and modified as necessary to provide properly sized connections of new plumbing fixture locations throughout the building, the existing fire protection systems shall remain and be extended to include the new addition spaces, electrical improvements, power, emergency power, lighting, electronics, antiterrorism/force protection requirements, windows, doors, hardware, insulations, flashings, sealants, paints, porcelain tile, toilet partitions, metal studs, ATC, toilet accessories, signage, etc. Exterior work includes but is not limited to soil removal and fill, rough and finished grading, seeding/sod, and paving, existing fencing adjustments, brick, windows, doors, flashings, sealants, and roofing. Alternate Bid #1: Gate Arms. Alternate Bid #2: Increase Building Height of the Supply Area.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to The Adjutant General. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
